All items supplied will be accompanied by an official GST invoice where applicable. Orders paid in advance are dispatched after payment confirmation.

Payments made on the platform must be completed in Indian Rupees (INR). We may support payment processors such as Razorpay, Easebuzz, and similar authorized services.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within one to two working days after confirmation, though certain product categories may require longer lead times depending on the product nature and seller availability.

Transit timelines vary by delivery location and shipping mode. In rare cases, orders may be delayed, become unavailable, or fall outside serviceable courier zones.

Users may upload or submit content, reviews, ratings, feedback, images, and related material through the platform. By doing so, you grant Jusstool a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute that content in connection with the platform and its services.

You remain responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful, accurate, non-defamatory, non-infringing, and compliant with applicable laws.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not disrupt, interfere with, or misuse the services.

Vendors are responsible for timely and accurate fulfillment of orders and for ensuring that the products shipped match their listings.

Many products sold on Jusstool are tools, machinery, and equipment that require safe handling. Buyers are responsible for reading product instructions, following safety guidelines, and ensuring products are operated by qualified individuals where appropriate.

All rights, title, and interest in the platform, including text, graphics, code, layout, branding, interfaces, product presentation, and related intellectual property remain with Jusstool, its affiliates, or licensors.

Access to the platform grants only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use, subject to these terms.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that Jusstool may collect and process customer information such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment data, order details, device information, and communications in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

You consent to electronic communications from us, including order updates, account notices, promotional messages where permitted, and support interactions.

The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Jusstool disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Jusstool is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, personal injury, or property damage arising from use of the platform, products, services, delivery delays, third-party conduct, or unauthorized access.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jusstool, its affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees from claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the platform, your content, your transactions, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.

Jusstool may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the platform or services at any time in the event of a violation, misuse, suspected fraud, or for any other reason permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussions.

If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in Durgapur, West Bengal, India. Where court proceedings are required, they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Durgapur, West Bengal, India.
