All items supplied will be accompanied by an official GST invoice where applicable. Orders paid in advance are dispatched after payment confirmation.

If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in Patna, Bihar, India. Where court proceedings are required, they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
