We want every Jusstool order to feel easy and reassuring. If something goes wrong, we are here to help with returns, replacements, refunds, cancellations, and warranty support in a clear and simple way.

Most eligible return or replacement requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery. If a product arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what was ordered, please let us know within 48 to 72 hours so we can help faster.
We usually prefer replacement first. If a replacement is not available, we will support a refund.
For cancellations, requests made before dispatch are eligible for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, a shipping or handling deduction may apply where relevant.
Refunds are usually completed within 5 to 7 working days after approval, and COD refunds may be processed through bank transfer.
We support return or replacement requests for products that arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or noticeably different from the listing.
If the product is unused, in original condition, and returned with the original box and accessories, the process is usually smoother. This is especially helpful when the issue is a wrong product, wrong specification, wrong brand, visible damage, missing parts, or a non-working item noticed soon after delivery.
Please contact our support team with your order number, a short explanation of the issue, and clear photos or videos if available. Photos or videos are helpful, but they are not mandatory.

We keep the process simple so you always know what happens next. First, you share the issue with our support team. Then we review the request and confirm the next step.
After approval, a return pickup is arranged where available. Once the product comes back, we inspect it carefully and then process the approved refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
Some situations may not be applicable for return, especially when the request comes after the 7-day window or the product shows signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery.
Partial returns for combo packs or bundled offers may also not be applicable, and installation-based products that have already been installed, altered, or used may not qualify. Compatibility, fitting, or sizing concerns can also require a closer review when the item was purchased for another machine or setup.
If you cancel before dispatch, we will process a full refund.
If the order has already been dispatched, a shipping or handling deduction may apply where relevant. Please send cancellation requests to support@jusstools.com as soon as possible, as some orders move to dispatch quickly.
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method for prepaid orders.
For COD orders, we may request bank details and process the refund through bank transfer. Refunds usually reflect within 5 to 7 working days after approval. If any shipping or handling deduction applies, we will share that clearly before the refund is processed. EMI interest already charged by the bank is not refundable, and accurate bank details help avoid delays.
If your product is under warranty, we will help you connect with the right support path for repair, inspection, or replacement, depending on the product and issue.
Please keep the invoice or order bill handy, as it helps us verify the purchase and move the case forward smoothly. Photos or videos are helpful when you share the issue, and our team will guide you through troubleshooting or the next service step. If repair is not suitable, replacement support may be offered based on warranty coverage and product availability.
