Jusstool follows a transparent return, refund, replacement, cancellation, and warranty-support policy for eligible orders. This page explains the main conditions, timelines, exclusions, and processing flow.

Jusstool may cancel orders in cases such as incorrect or incomplete address, non-serviceable delivery zone, COD ineligible address, out-of-stock situations, suspected fraud, or other operational issues.
Customers may request cancellation before pickup from the seller warehouse for a full refund. If cancellation happens after dispatch or pickup readiness, courier charges may be deducted.
Jusstool reserves the right to amend, modify, add, or remove any portion of this refund and cancellation policy at any time, with or without prior notice.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the policy periodically to remain informed of any updates or changes.
