Refund & Cancellation

Jusstool follows a transparent return, refund, replacement, cancellation, and warranty-support policy for eligible orders. This page explains the main conditions, timelines, exclusions, and processing flow.

Eligible Return and Replacement Cases

  • Wrong product specifications compared with the website.
  • Wrong brand compared with the website, subject to generic or local brand exceptions.
  • Material mismatch compared with the website, with color variations allowed in some machinery, tools, equipment, spares, or accessories.
  • Damaged product on delivery, with replacement, part replacement, or refund depending on severity.
  • Defective or incomplete product, including shipment of missing parts where applicable.
  • Product quality issues such as used or highly rusted products.
  • Non-functional product, subject to seller verification through phone or video review.

Guidelines for Raising a Support Ticket

  • Customers must report issues within 72 hours of product delivery.
  • Customers must provide an unboxing video and relevant images or videos.
  • Customers should respond to the support team within 72 hours on ongoing tickets to avoid auto-closure.
  • Resolution may involve phone calls, email conversations, and video calls if required.

Return Process Guidelines

  • Customers must provide a repacking video with the original box or packaging.
  • Return pickup may be scheduled within 2 to 3 business days after return approval, subject to courier availability.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging and accessories where applicable.

When a Return Is Not Eligible

  • The ticket is raised after 72 hours from delivery.
  • The product is no longer needed by the customer.
  • The product is torn or damaged due to mishandling by the customer.
  • The customer is unable to use the product for reasons unrelated to a verified defect.
  • The wrong product was ordered by the customer.
  • The customer is unwilling to repack the product for return.
  • Combo products are requested to be returned partially.
  • Spare parts are purchased for a machine bought elsewhere and a fitting or size mismatch arises.

Order Cancellation

Jusstool may cancel orders in cases such as incorrect or incomplete address, non-serviceable delivery zone, COD ineligible address, out-of-stock situations, suspected fraud, or other operational issues.

Customers may request cancellation before pickup from the seller warehouse for a full refund. If cancellation happens after dispatch or pickup readiness, courier charges may be deducted.

  • All cancellation requests should be sent to support@jusstool.com.
  • Failed COD delivery acceptance may result in return-to-origin or reattempt based on order conditions.

Refund Process

  • Prepaid order refunds are processed back through the original online payment route where applicable.
  • Interest already billed in EMI transactions is not refundable.
  • Bank interest charged in EMI transactions is not refunded by Jusstool.
  • For COD refunds, Jusstool may process refund through NEFT bank transfer after collecting valid bank details.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate bank account details.
  • Refunds generally take 5 to 7 working days to reflect in the customer account.

How to Claim Warranty Service

  • Contact the warranty provider or seller directly, or request seller contact support from Jusstool.
  • Keep the original purchase receipt or invoice ready.
  • Clearly describe the issue and provide photos or videos when required.
  • Follow instructions for troubleshooting, shipping, inspection, repair, or replacement.
  • Products may be repaired using new or equivalent-to-new parts, or replaced if repair is not reasonably possible.
